REFUND POLICY

American Great Store is committed to excellence in all we do. This commitment especially applies to customer service. Unfortunately, there may be situations where an order could be inaccurate, incomplete, or damaged by mistake. We also realize that, for whatever reason, products may fail to meet your expectations. We are a small staff, and on every single order confirmation, we ask you to pay attention to "please allow us 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS" to pick and pack your order. Sometimes, these lead times will be less than that, and sometimes (based on big sales events) they can be more than that. Any chargeback placed before your order is shipped will be canceled and refunded as we will not incur any additional fees due to impatience.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Opened Audio/Visual or Multimedia resources (CDs, DVDs) are not eligible for a refund due to copyright infringement concerns.
  • Media products purchased as a downloaded file are not eligible for a refund.
  • Food items, including coffee, are ineligible for return due to their consumable nature. Please contact us for information about your specific return/refund request.
  • Bibles are not returnable. No exceptions unless damaged in shipping or defective. American Great Store will send out a replacement.

Shipping Information:

Please carefully confirm your address and purchase are correct prior to submitting your order, as once an order is submitted it is typically unable to be altered or changed as we begin processing orders from our warehouse immediately.

Flat Rate:Β Based on weight, destination, and items ordered, we will determine whether the package ships FedEx SmartPost, USPS First Class, or USPS Media Mail. These are the cheapest shipping methods available, which allow us to offer Free Shipping on orders over $100, but also the slowest. Depending on which method we choose to use, the package may take additional days to be delivered after processing.

Please note that all these methods, including FedEx SmartPost, will be delivered by your local post office, so the shipping address you use on your order needs to be where your local post office delivers.

If the tracking number starts with a 6, we shipped via FedEx SmartPost and the tracking number can be tracked on FedEx.com.
If the tracking number starts with a 9, we shipped via USPS First Class or Media Mail and the tracking number can be tracked on USPS.com.

Neither American Great Store nor shippers consider Saturday, Sunday, or any Federal Holiday a business day.

Your method of payment will be charged at the time of submission to ensure your place in line for these limited edition, special order products. If your order is not charged, it has not been placed and you will not be in line to receive our special limited edition items.

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, so please submit a message to us if you would like to discuss international ordering options if your order will not process through our store.

  • Books must be returned in a box; no envelopes, please.
  • Shirts may be returned in a Tyvek envelope.
  • Please note that in order to receive a refund, items must be received in sellable, unaltered condition.
  • Postage/shipping fees are not eligible for a refund.
  • Products must also be shipped in a trackable manner (with tracking number sent to our Customer Service) to qualify for any refund on items that might be lost in return transit.
